Have you heard about ParishSOFT’s Giving Success Program?

Computer in Catholic church

ParishSOFT is proud to announce that we have created a program designed to help our ParishSOFT Giving customers fully leverage their new online giving tool and to market it to their parishioners to increase recurring donations for the parish.

And the best part? All new ParishSOFT Giving customers, and existing ParishSOFT Giving customers who purchased ParishSOFT Giving either on or after August 1, 2018, can access the program at no additional cost. If you qualify, all you have to do is sign up for the ParishSOFT Giving Success Program.

But if you aren’t a ParishSOFT Giving customer yet, just purchase ParishSOFT Giving and then you can enroll in the program for free as a new ParishSOFT Giving customer. It’s that easy!

Once you enroll in the program, complete your paperwork, and after your parish’s ParishSOFT Giving website is ready for use, you will automatically be assigned to a ParishSOFT Giving Success Coach. Your coach will work with you to maximize the benefits of the new online giving tool to meet the specific needs of your organization. Your coach will talk with you about the most effective ways to communicate the use of your new giving tool to your parishioners. They will guide you through a three-month communication campaign which involves voice messages and emails to your potential donors.

During this process, your coach will help you tailor your parish’s communication plan to ensure it meets your organization’s unique requirements.  Once your program is launched, your coach will provide you with monthly reports during the three-month program to help you monitor the impact your campaign is having on giving trends at your organization.

We are confident that you will truly be amazed at how an effective communication plan can increase online giving at your parish!

Then after you complete the three-month program, you can continue the communication campaign on your own using the knowledge you have learned from your coach.

So if your organization is not already working with a Giving Success Coach, and your organization has purchased ParishSOFT Giving either on or after August 1, 2018, you can sign up to participate in the Giving Success Program right now.  Once we receive your completed form, a Giving Success Coach will reach out to you to provide additional information and schedule your first coaching call.  ParishSOFT looks forward to helping you achieve your electronic giving goals!
