Did you know that parishioners could use My Own Church to download their own electronic statements (e-statements)? Just think of all the time, paper, and postage your parish could save when members learn to log in and retrieve statements on their own!
Two great times for making a push to get people to use e-statements are the end of the year and early spring.
As the new year approaches, people want to review their giving history and plan for their final year-end gifts. And during tax season, they will need giving records from the previous year.
Encourage parishioners to take advantage of My Own Church’s e-statements using the resource below.

[Your Church Name] is pleased to offer electronic contribution statements for your tax-deductible giving. You can download your statement today from our My Own Church site.
If you already have a login, simply navigate to the My Offering tab, view your Giving History, and click the Download button. Save or print the PDF file of your statement.

- Be secure! Electronic delivery to your My Own Church account allows greater confidentiality than printed statements.

Don’t have a login? Creating one is easy!

- Create your login.
- Wait for notification that your account has been approved.
Keep your username and password handy. You’ll want to return to My Own Church again and again to use the online registration and ministry management tools. You can also view your giving history at any point during the year.
