Convenient and cost-effective Teletraining using telephone conferencing provides you and your staff with personal, hands-on training in the comfort of your own office.

ACH Electronic Giving - Setting up, enabling specific parish funds member accounts for automated transfer, transmission process, handling exceptions, posting completed transactions to member accounts.

Bannon Development Campaign Letters - Integrate Bannon letter templates with your ParishSOFT Offering & Tuition Module. Learn how to merge your ParishSOFT data directly into Bannon development campaign letters. ParishSOFT automatically examines your pledge records to determine which families receive letters. Create the reports and labels you need to complete your mailing. Participants will receive the Bannon folder of letters to copy into their Program Files\ParishSOFT directory.

End of Year Essentials - In this 90 minute course, you will gain an understanding of all year-end processing procedures which includes auditing your family data, using the end of year checklist, understanding IRS compliance rules and creating end of year statements.

End of Year Ledger and Payables - In this 60 minute course, you will gain an understanding of all year-end processing procedures which includes financial reporting requirements, budget, history and projection reporting and closing out the year.

End of Year Payroll - In this 60 minute course, you will gain an understanding of all year-end processing procedures which includes processing W-2's and 1099's efficiently, reconciling balances, reviewing changes to the 2008 tax forms and performing employee maintenance, archiving and backing up your data.

FD10 Parish Family Directory (Basic, 90 minutes) - Prerequisite for all other teletraining courses, Family Directory provides the foundation for all other programs in the ParishSOFT suite. Learn how to add family and invidual member records to the system, assign family and member envelope numbers, find records, and keep member information private. Set up your parish staff in the ParishSOFT system. View course outline.

FD20 Parish Family Directory (Intermediate, 60 minutes) - Learn how to manage detailed personal information for each member (like phone numbers, email addresses, and more). Add photos of families and members. Learn techniques that make family membership changes easy and keep your records accurate. Use family workgroups to organize and communicate with groups of all sizes. FD10 is a prerequisite. View course outline.

FD21 Parish Family Directory Catholic Sacraments (Intermediate, 60 minutes) - Learn how to manage sacramental details for each of your members using the special fields for Baptism, First Reconciliation, First Eucharist, Confirmation, Matrimony, RCIA, and Funeral. Discover how accurate sacramental data lets you take advantage of the software's sacramental notifications and certificate templates and provides reliable sacramental reports, parish statistics, and Kenedy reports--instantly and at any time. FD22 Parish Family Directory Census Reports (Intermediate, 60 minutes) - Learn how to create family and member reports and labels, including: parish census roster and family directory, member birthdays and anniversaries, filtered and sorted families and members, registration forms, and new families by date range. Discover useful applications for these reports in your church office. Learn how to export your ParishSOFT census data to a file for a third-party service provider. FD10 is a prerequisite. NotifyNow - Overview of setting up the NotifyNow instant alert system including navigating the website, broadcasting an alert, setting up alert degrees and using reports.

NotifyNow (NN10) - Parish Staff operations of the NotifyNow alert system including sending an alert from within ParishSOFT, basic website navigation, user setup and reports.

NotifyNow (NN20) - Parish Administrator operations of the NotifyNow alert system including advanced usage of the website, setting alert levels, adding user, uploading files and advanced reports.

Offering Contributions Basic (OC10) - Posting contributions, creating and posting to batches and date range contribution reports.

Offering Contributions Intermediate (OC20) - Edit/delete contribution postings (daily postings and edit contributions screens), managing batches (view batch lists, correcting batches, closing batches).

Offering Contributions Intermediate (OC21) - Parish Administrators adding, editing funds, setting fund permissions, advanced reports.

Parish IQ - So that you can get started quickly and realize the time-saving benefits of the Parish IQ software, we have created a training video to take the place of a teletraining session. To access this video, please visit the ParishSOFT support website. After logging into the secure site, select the Parish IQ video within the Video Help option.

Review of standard reports and the tools available within the software to expand your reporting capabilities. A discussion of the organization of relational databases, filtering and sorting and ParishSOFT tables will assist in custom query and report building. The ability to generate custom queries and reports will also be covered.

Please note: The Family Directory classes and a working knowledge of Microsoft Access are prerequisites. Use of the ParishSOFT Family Directory software for 3 months is highly recommended.
