Ann Arbor, MI—ParishSOFT announced today that the Diocese of Cleveland has selected ParishSOFT’s diocesan product suite as their new technology platform. The Diocese has licensed the core AIM Family Directory and Diocesan Directory modules, as well as the Sacramental Registry, Catholic Directory Manager, Status Animarum Manager, and AIM IQ (Intelligent Query) products.
ParishSOFT will replace several of the Diocese’s older-generation database management programs with a high-powered suite of products specifically designed to help manage all diocesan-wide records for diocesan families and members, sacraments, staff, clergy, volunteers and families. In addition, ParishSOFT products will streamline the Diocese’s annual process of compiling data for The Official Catholic Directory™ and Status Animarum submissions.
Through ParishSOFT, all diocesan information will be combined into one common database, making it possible for users to update staff, sacramental and family information just once to keep reliable, current records at every desktop in the diocese.
A welcome remedy to the time consuming and expensive process of managing and gathering data from multiple, disparate systems, ParishSOFT will save the Diocese of Cleveland time and money.
