ParishSOFT Adds More Resources for Our Customers!

We've added technical notes, FAQ's, updated user guides, and other resources to our Support Page on parishsoft.com. You will need to enter a user name and password to access these materials.

IIn order to access our technical notes, FAQ's, updated user guides, and other resources, customers will now be required to enter their user name and password.

  1. If you have a ParishesOnline account, the user name and password is the same.
OR
  1. If you need a user name and password, please follow the instructions below:
  • Go to the ParishSOFT support home page
  • Click the Request Website or Email link located on right of your screen
  • Fill out the form, including the name, title, parish, and email fields
  • Click the Send button and you will receive your user name and password via email within 24 hours.
