AIM Synchronization Manager

Included with the AIM Suite of products is the AIM Synchronization tool that controls the synchronization process between an arch/diocese and its parishes. This tool unites all the databases in your diocese into one common AIM database so that you and your parishes can organize, collaborate, and communicate together.

Synchronization eliminates the need for duplicate data entry at diocesan and parish level because one family census record is maintained for each family in the diocese. The parish of registration owns and manages its parishioners' data, but this exact same information is immediately available to any diocesan office using the applicable ParishSOFT modules. Now any parishioner's crucial address and sacramental data is easily accessible to diocesan staff managing pledge campaigns, appeals, subscriptions, and diocesan assignments.
