Diocesan Information Management
AIM Family Directory

The Family Directory is your total solution for maintaining complete and up-to-date census information for your entire arch/diocese. This one common database guarantees that all of your diocesan offices are accessing the same information, creating effective organization, collaboration, and communication.

The Family Directory employs the AIM Synchronization service, eliminating the need for duplicate data entry at the diocesan and parish level because one family census record is maintained for each family in the diocese. The parish of registration manages its own parishioners' data, but this exact same information is immediately accessible to any diocesan office using the ParishSOFT modules. And vice versa! This means that any update, whether pledge campaign, subscription, or diocesan assignment, is conveniently synchronized to ensure that both parish and diocese have the latest census and membership data.

AIM Family Directory is the cornerstone for viewing and managing family data at the arch/diocesan level.
  • Access the most current family address information possible from synchronizing parishes.
  • Locate any family record by name, street address, phone, or ID number.
  • Store multiple addresses and even alternate mailing addresses for families.
  • Set up electronic fund transfer for donor contributions, payments, or arch/diocesan fund transfers by using the ParishSOFT Giving module.
  • Organize information for an unlimited number of family Workgroups.
  • Email and MailMerge letters to one family, a group of families, a Workgroup, or all families in the arch/diocese.
  • Extract census data with flexible reporting and export options.
  • Certify addresses and qualify for bulk mailing rates using the Mailroom: Address Certification Module.
  • Send administrative messages directly to synchronizing parishes or diocesan administrators (ideal for discussing family record changes online).
  • Secure your data with administrator-controlled, organization-based login privileges and access rights.
An arch/diocese not using AIM Synchronization can use import/export utilities to store data with its parishes.
