Mailroom: Address Certification

The Mailroom: Address Certification Module will give you immediate savings on mailing costs by verifying mailing addresses with the same national database used by the United States Postal Service (USPS). CASS identifies and corrects invalid addresses so you save time, money, and materials and your parishioners safely receive parish mailings. A list may be certified at any time and as many times as you like, with no additional cost, ensuring up-to-date addresses.

In addition, CASS-certified addresses qualify for bulk mailing — the most economical postage rates available from USPS — to even further reduce your mailing expenses. Bulk mailings can be prepared directly with the provided pre-sort address labels, apply bar codes, print postal reports, and more, to give you even more significant savings.
